How do you set ticket prices?
Your pricing decides which hours fill up and how much each visit brings in.
In short: The usual approach is to sell by time, with different prices by time slot, and add multi-visit passes, birthday parties and groups. Start from local prices and your own costs, then review them with the data from your first few months.
Which prices should you offer?
- Timed tickets, for example by the hour
- Lower prices in quiet hours
- Multi-visit passes for regulars
- Birthday packages per child
- School and company groups
- Socks, separate or included
What is worth measuring?
Occupancy by time slot, average spend per visitor, share of birthday parties and how many customers come back. That tells you which price to change without lowering them all.
